Your photos

Your photos stay on your device. The grid is drawn by your own browser, so we never receive, store or see the photos you use with Easy Grid Maker. Closing the page clears the photo from the tool.

Who runs this service

Easy Grid Maker at easygridmaker.com. If you have a question, write to support@easygridmaker.com and we will answer you by email.

Data we process

We keep ordinary service and security logs, such as page requests and error reports. If you contact us or send feedback, we keep your message and the email address you give us so we can reply. Signing in is optional and the tool does not need it. If you sign in, we keep your email address, your name and picture if Google provides them, and your sign-in sessions, including IP address and browser. If paid features are offered and you buy one, we keep your email address and purchase records.

Why we use data

We use this data to run and secure the site, answer you, understand which pages are useful and fix problems.

Statistics

We use a first-party visit counter and Microsoft Clarity to see how pages are used. The counter keeps a random visitor id, your country, the pages you visit, and where your first visit came from, including a search term if the link carried one. Clarity records clicks, scrolling and page views as heatmaps and session replays, and uses cookies; see the Microsoft Privacy Statement. Neither is used for visitors in the EEA, the UK or Switzerland. Clarity masks form input and the part of the page that shows your photo.

Service providers

Cloudflare hosts the site and handles email and security. Microsoft provides Clarity. Google handles sign-in if you choose it. Each processes data under its own privacy commitments. If paid features are offered, the payment provider handles your payment details and we do not see your card number.

Your choices

You can ask us to show, correct or delete your data by emailing support@easygridmaker.com. We may keep records that tax, fraud prevention or other legal duties require.

Children

Children can use the tool, and no account or personal details are needed to do so. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
